Americans in Chinese Kitchens is a series of web videos on Americans’ experience in tasting Chinese homemade cuisine and learning Chinese culture. The series consists of five episodes, each focusing on cuisine from one Chinese province. The whole series takes you on a journey of observing ways of cooking authentic homemade Chinese food from five regions: Shandong, Beijing, Jiangsu, Sichuan and Yunnan. Chinese cooks will answer common questions Americans have for Chinese food and table manners. Recipes for all dishes in the five episodes are also being posted on this website.
